Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and producers throughout the Champlain Valley. \nThe evening offers an opportunity to come together with cyclists\, food lovers\, farmers\, and community supporters while raising funds that directly benefit local farms and agricultural programs throughout the region. \nEnjoy locally crafted cuisine\, vineyard views\, and inspiring remarks from Farm to Fork Fitness partners and members of our farming community. Our true Vidal Blanc Ice Wine is a dessert wine that cannot be made in many other places in the world.
