2025 Rosé
A refreshing, dry wine with red berry aromas. Made from Baco Noir grapes, this Rosé is floral with fruity flavors with a strawberry finish.
2025 Pet Nat “Snow Trip” Red
An Estate wine made with naturally with our Frontenac grapes. Gently sparkling, dry, and bottled before complete fermentation. Unfiltered with crisp, refreshing red berry flavors and blackberry and raspberry aromas.
2025 Vidal Blanc
A dry white wine with floral, peach, and pear aromas. Full of tangy orange and apricot flavors with a hint of lime in the finish.
New Spirits Available Now
Snow Squall White Whiskey
Patrick, head winemaker and distiller, uses locally grown ingredients when making his spirits, like the local grains used to produce this White Whiskey.Distilled on site at our winery/distillery, we make our Vermont spirits with grapes from our vineyard, juniper berries grown in the forests, and maple from our trees.

What’s Happening
Two Nights Of Broadway Performances!
Join us for special outdoor performances by some of Broadway’s leading stars!
Vermonter Merritt David Janes, who performs regularly on Broadway and in national tours, will bring his friends to the Champlain Islands for “Broadway In The Islands” and “Festa Dell’ Opera”!

This show brings together exciting vocalists performing selections from Rock and contemporary Broadway hits. Featured selections from popular musicals like Wicked, The Lion King, Rent, and The Phantom of the Opera.

Recipes and Pairings
Try these seasonal favorites
Snow Farm Spritz
Fill a wine glass about 3/4 full of ice.
Add to the glass:
1 ½ oz Linchpin Aperitivo
½ oz Club Soda
Then top off the glass with Snow Farm’s Pet Nat Snow Trip White and garnish with an orange slice.
Rosé-berry Lime Fizz
Fill a rock glass about ¾ full of ice.
Add to the glass:
• 2oz Snow Farm Distillery Raspberry Liqueur
• 1oz Snow Farm Vineyard Rosé
• 1oz of Lime Seltzer
Garnish with a wedge of lime
Mocktails
Tropical Ginger Fizz Mocktail
Fill a gibraltar glass about 1/2 full of ice. Add to the glass:
*3 ½ oz pineapple juice
*1 ½ oz orange juice
*1oz lime juice
Top off the glass with ginger beer and a lime wedge.

News from the Winemaker & Distiller
Wine
You know summer is close when we release our Rosé! It’s time to add the 2025 Rosé to our wine list along with our 2025 Pétillant Naturel: Snow Trip Red. Both of these wines are fantastic for the warm months ahead and are full of bright berry notes. Come by for a tasting to find your new summer favorite.
And we just released our 2025 Leon MIllot Reserve as well! This light bodied red wine has flavors of blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Rich berry aromas with hints of spice and kirsch notes in the finish.

Spirits
I am very excited to say that we have released our Snow Squall White Whiskey. After many customer requests, I made the decision to seek out local corn to make a grain spirit. Our friends at Two Heros Brewery made a mash from the local corn and malt, and the mash was then fermented and distilled here at Snow Farm in order to produce this newest SF Distillery spirit.
If you haven’t gotten to try our products: a Gin, a Grappa, a Maple Liqueur, a Raspberry Liqueur, and now, a Whiskey, I highly recommend you make the drive to South Hero to taste these one of a kind spirits. Our alcohol is made from our own grapes and we plan to release a variety of spirits that will appeal to many.
