2025 Leon Millot Reserve:
Produced from our highest quality Leon Millot grapes harvested at their premium maturity. This light bodied red wine has flavors of blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Rich berry aromas with hints of spice and kirsch notes in the finish.

2024 Marquette- Whiskey Barrel Aged
A Marquette that was aged in whiskey barrels for 8 months. The result is a robust wine loaded with notes of wood and spice, as well as fruit flavors enhanced by the oak. Produced in a very limited batch, you will want to try this wine before it’s gone!

Snow Squall White Whiskey
Patrick, head winemaker and distiller, uses locally grown ingredients when making his spirits. like the local grains used to produce this White Whiskey.

Distilled on site at our winery/distillery, we make our Vermont spirits with grapes from our vineyard, juniper berries grown in the forests, and maple from our trees.

Try these seasonal favorites
Old Fashioned with Maple and Grape Wine:
Our Fox Hill Maple wine is a perfect Vermonty treat by itself, but it shines even more when you use it to make an easy Old Fashioned. Instead of the water and sugar used in a traditional Old Fashioned, this recipe uses maple wine.
Single Serving
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Bourbon or Rye
.5 – 1 oz. Fox Hill Maple
Orange peel
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Pour the bourbon/rye over ice and add Fox Hill Maple wine. Garnish with an orange peel and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Winter Sangria:
Serves 6
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 c. orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
1/4 c. blackberry brandy
1 orange, thinly sliced
1/2 c. cranberries (thawed if frozen)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 cinnamon sticks
1 750-ml bottle Rose Red
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour or, for richer flavor, as long as overnight.
- Pour over ice or serve chilled.

We have released a batch of Whiskey Barrel Aged Marquette! For all of you red wine lovers out there, this one’s for you. This Marquette was aged in whiskey barrels for 8 months. The result is a robust wine loaded with notes of wood and spice, as well as fruit flavors enhanced by the oak. Produced in a very limited batch, you will want to try this wine before it’s gone!

Spirits:
I am very excited to say that we have released our Snow Squall White Whiskey. After many customer requests, I made the decision to seek out local corn to make a grain spirit. Our friends at Two Heros Brewery made a mash from the local corn and malt, and the mash was then fermented and distilled here at Snow Farm in order to produce this newest SF Distillery spirit.
If you haven’t gotten to try our products: a Gin, a Grappa, a Maple Liqueur, a Raspberry Liqueur, and now, a Whiskey, I highly recommend you make the drive to South Hero to taste these one of a kind spirits. Our alcohol is made from our own grapes and we plan to release a variety of spirits that will appeal to many.
