The Boerie Roll Food Truck
The Boerie Roll is a Grand Isle-based food truck bringing a taste of South African street food to Vermont. Known for their take on the boerie roll — a grilled, herb-and-spice-packed sausage served on a fresh roll — they bring bold, unique flavors you won’t find at your typical food truck, with a nod to South African braai tradition.
You can find The Boerie Roll at local events around the Champlain Islands, serving up a taste of something a little different alongside Vermont’s usual fare.
