A Wine Club Gift Membership From Vermont
At Snow Farm Vineyard, we have three wine club options. Your gift recipient will receive three shipments of wine per year of varying quantities, depending on which club you choose. The orders are customizable so that the wine selection is sure to fit any taste. Choose to have the wines shipped, or picked up at our tasting room in South Hero, Vermont, and we will do the rest.
Patrick, our winemaker, spent years learning how to make wine in France and brought his expertise back to Vermont to make Snow Farm Vineyard’s award-winning wines using grapes we grow in the heart of the Champlain Islands. For each tri-annual club release, he selects a few special limited wines to include.
When you purchase a wine club gift membership, you’re also supporting wine made locally in Vermont from the land. Our vineyard protects over 100 acres of farmland, keeping our landscape green and healthy.

Wine Aficionado Member

This membership includes a total of 36 (3 orders of 12 bottles) Snow Farm Vineyard craft wines sent throughout the year at 25% off.

June 15th– 12 bottles
November 1st – 12 bottles
In each of the customizable releases, you (or the person you’re gifting the membership to) will choose 12 favorite Snow Farm Vineyard wines. Choose from our available wine list which will include early and/or special release wines.
With our Aficionado Wine Club membership, each release of 12 wines is an average of $165.00 for the wine (exact cost depends on the wines you choose plus shipping if applicable), saving you 25%. Each shipment is charged 1-3 days before it is ready.
Wine Enthusiast Member
You’re a proud supporter of craft wine and always have a made-in-Vermont bottle on hand.
This membership includes a total of 18 (3 orders of 6 bottles) Snow Farm Vineyard craft wines sent throughout the year at 15% off.
Welcome – Receive your Club benefits immediately upon completion of signup.
Three customizable releases:
February 1st – 6 bottles
June 15th– 6 bottles
November 1st– 6 bottles

With our Wine Lover Wine Club membership, each release of 3 wines is an average of $55.00 (The exact cost depends on the wines you choose, plus shipping if applicable). You’ll receive 5% off the cost of your 3 wines. Automatic payments will be deducted 1–3 business days prior to shipments.
