Join us on Sunday, August 2, from 10:00–11:30 AM at Snow Farm Vineyard & Distillery for the South Hero Land Trust’s Annual Celebration—a morning of community, conservation, beautiful scenery, and local food.

Celebrate the accomplishments of the past year while looking ahead to exciting new projects that help protect the special places we all love throughout the Champlain Islands.

🌿 Remarks from Executive Director Guy Maguire
🐑 A special presentation by Mary Lake—South Hero native, professional sheep shearer, shepherd, and butcher, sharing her passion for Vermont agriculture and working landscapes.

🌲 Optional Guided Nature Walk – 9:00 AM
Start your morning with a guided walk led by local Master Naturalists and environmental educators. Choose between an easy stroll through conserved fields or a hike to the summit of Fox Hill, the highest point in Grand Isle County, with breathtaking views of Lake Champlain. Be sure to indicate your interest when you RSVP.
